Owners of ASEM Construction have been in building for 20 years. Being mostly the government contractors, they have been building roads, schools, hospitals and homes for those who lost their houses during the earthquake in Turkey in 1999.

 From 2004 they have decided to move into building residential apartments for European demand. In less then a year ASEM Construction has managed to establish a solid reputation as a leading construction development company in Altinkum, Bodrum and Kusadasi area.
